FIRST UNITED METHODIST PRESCHOOL PRE-REGISTRATION

SCHOOL YEAR 2010-2011

 

The Preschool offers pre-registration for families who fall into any of the categories listed below.  Preference will be given to those families that qualify for the most number of categories.  They are listed in order of priority:

 

1)     Students currently enrolled

2)     Siblings of returning current students

3)     Siblings of a current student who will not be returning in fall, 2010

4)     First United Methodist Church member

5)     Siblings of a former student

 

***REGISTRATION CARDS WILL BE SENT HOME ON MONDAY, FEB. 1st AND TUESDAY, FEB. 2nd.  THE REGISTRATION CARDS ARE DUE BACK ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2010, NO LATER THAN 2:30 P.M.

 

If you need to register a sibling not currently enrolled in preschool or PDO, please pick up an additional registration packet from the office.

 

OPEN REGISTRATION FOR NEW FAMILIES WILL BEGIN TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010 AT 9:30 A.M. IN THE CHILDREN’S AREA.

 

The following programs will be offered to your child:

 

Ages: 2, 3, and 4/5 year olds (as of Sept. 1, 2010)

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

 

Days:           Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Tuesday/Thursday

                   Monday-Friday

Monday-Friday - Pre-K Bridge class 9:30 to 2:30 

 

Tuition:        2 days - $150 per month 

3 days - $225 per month 

5 days - $375 per month

 Monday – Friday - Pre-K Bridge class - $525

 

 Supply:       2 days - $150

                    3 days - $225

5 days - $375

Monday – Friday - Pre-K Bridge class - $525

 

 

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN POLICY

 

A registration fee of $100 and the entire supply fee are due with your enrollment card.  These are non-refundable fees.  If your check is not included with the registration card, your card will be returned to you.  

 

Please keep in mind that all current enrollees will be guaranteed a spot for next fall if the enrollment cards and fees are received by the deadline.  However, we cannot guarantee that everyone will receive their first choice.

 

EXTENDED CARE:  For your planning purposes, these are the options for extended care.  Please note that you do not need to pre-register for extended care at this time.

 

·        Before care is offered to all students from 8:30 – 9:10 a.m. each morning for an additional $5.00 charge, regardless of arrival time.

 

·        After care is available for 2’s and 3’s from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. each afternoon for an additional charge of $12.00, regardless of departure time. The charge is $10.00 if you pre- register.

 

·        Enrichment is offered to the 4’s each afternoon for an additional charge of $12.00.  The charge is $10.00 if you pre-register.   

                                                                                      

NOTE:  In order to participate in pre-registration, families must be current in their financial obligations.
